American Respiratory Alliance of Western Pennsylvania*
| American Respiratory Alliance of Western Pennsylvania has been providing services to local communities for more than 100 years. They originated as a grass roots society to fight tuberculosis and have evolved to offer programs for adults with chronic lung diseases, children with asthma and their parents, adults and adolescents who would like to quit smoking, health professionals who require the most current information on tuberculosis, influenza, and other lung diseases, as well as anyone wishing to learn more about their lungs and how to keep them healthy. They serve more than 3 million residents of Western Pennsylvania. |

Breathe California*
| As the local clean air and healthy lungs leader, Breathe California fights lung disease in all of its forms and works with its communities to promote lung health. Five local agencies in the Bay Area, Central Coast, Golden Gate, Sacramento, and Los Angeles beginning in 1903. Key roles have been to establish tobacco-free communities, achieve healthy air quality and fight lung diseases such as asthma and tuberculosis. Prevention is their priority. Through education, advocacy, and research they use a comprehensive approach to promote healthy lifestyles and reduce the impact of lung disease. |

Illinois Food Allergy Education Association
 | Illinois Food Allergy Education Association advocates for lung health research and education. A new study noted that second-hand smoke exposure to young children increases the incidence of food allergy by 50 percent. Moreover, young people who have food allergies and asthma compose the majority of food allergy fatalities.

Mobile C.A.R.E.
| The mission of Mobile C.A.R.E. Foundation, a not-for profit healthcare provider, is to provide free and comprehensive asthma care and health education to children in Chicago's underserved communities. Each of the foundation's three Asthma Vans is staffed with a pediatrician, nurse, and clinical assistant/driver, who provide on-going care to an established and evolving roster of patients identified through partnerships with local public and parochial schools, as well as Head Start programs. |
