Matching Gift

Increase your giving power by letting the company you work for match your contributions to the Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago.

Just follow these three easy steps . . .

Step One
Contact your Human Resources department and ask if there is a charitable Matching Gift program. Companies will often match gifts made by employees, officers, directors, and in some cases spouses and/or retired employees.

Step Two
If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form (along with guidelines) from your employer, and complete your portion. Don't forget to sign it!

Step Three
Include the form with your next gift to the Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago, and we will do the rest.
