Respiratory Health Association considers its role in the research and its contribution regarding the science and treatment of respiratory health issues to be vital to the advancement of respiratory health in metropolitan Chicago, in Illinois, and around the United States. As such, RHA expects all of its employees, volunteers, researchers, vendors, affiliates of any kind, and any other person or entity with whom it works to conduct themselves with the highest possible integrity, and to support its mission through the ethical conduct of research.
RHA has developed the following policies to be in compliance with regulations for all Public Health Service-sponsored Research:
RHA’s Financial Conflict of Interest Policy is drafted in accordance with the guidelines set forth in 42 C.F.R. § 50, Subpart F and is intended to comply with all requirements of the Regulations.
