Making a Difference Awards

Each year, Respiratory Health Association awards special supporters and volunteers who have made outstanding contributions to our work and our mission. Below are the 2013 Making a Difference award winners.

 Herbert DeYoung Medal
The Victors

Steve and Stephanie Victor are the 2013 recipients of the Herbert DeYoung Medal. They are honored for their 12 years of volunteer work with Respiratory Health Association and support of countless fundraisers. The Victors are personally touched by lung disease, and do anything they can, from advocacy to serving on the Board of Directors, to ensure that other people with lung disease can lead healthier, happier lives. The award is named after Herbert DeYoung, who was a 50-year volunteer and trusted advisor to the Association.
