Our 2016 Herbert C. DeYoung Medal winners

Pictured below are Dan Rosenthal, Ina Pinkney and Glenn Keefer, recipients of this year's Herbert C. DeYoung Award, the highest annual honor RHA bestows. Dan, Ina and Glenn were instrumental in passing the Chicago Clean Indoor Air Ordinance in 2006 and our Smoke-Free Chicago 10th Anniversary Celebration was the perfect opportunity to honor their efforts.

What is the Herbert C. DeYoung Award?

Commemorating the 50 years of outstanding service and dedication "Herb" devoted to Respiratory Health Asociation, the Herbert C. DeYoung Medal is the highest honor RHA bestows.

Award recipients are recognized for going above and beyond the call of duty in more than one aspect of our organization. Examples of extraordinary service include, but are not limited to, special events, FR, program support, strategic planning, governance and leadership & advocacy.
