State Advocacy Day

Each spring, people living with lung disease, medical professionals and volunteers visit Springfield, Ill. to advocate for bills that protect lung health. Your voice is needed, and your visit could make a lasting impact on advancing lung health policy.

Participants are provided relevant background materials and given training on policies impacting lung health. This free event includes lung-friendly transportation and lunch. Group leaders assist advocates as they meet with their state senators and representatives.
